Amazingly well-designed dual purpose toy that everybody needs in their toy box. The gag works fantastic without the plug in it, my wife absolutely loves this one, it's not too big for her mouth and this gag does cause a whole lot of drooling, which is always sexy. The plug itself does the job intended, both are super soft silicone and comfortable. Would not recommend putting the plug in with the gag in the mouth, it tends to press fairly hard to pop into that hole, best to insert it when the gag isn't being worn or just leave things at opposite ends. As others have stated, the leather strap is definitely thinner and cheaper than most ball gags, but, for this price, it's definitely something you can live with. If they came in more colors we'd buy more!
