What if I don’t like one of the sex toys or lingerie I got?
We always hope that our subscribers LOVE their box. If you don't for any reason, send us a message and as part of our happiness guarantee, we'll send you one free replacement toy per box. We're confident you'll love the sex toys or lingerie in your sock subscription box, but if you don't, let us know and we'll include a replacement in your next shipment, free of charge. We just want to make you happy.
How do I change my item preferences?  
There are two ways in which you can go about this: 

1) The first way is by retaking the quiz on our subscription box page. Choose Current subscriber ---> I want to retake my quiz in order to change the toys I get in my box. Then choose your new answers. We recommend using this method only if you are not changing your box completely and just want to change the items you get. For example: from wanting butt plugs to not wanting butt plugs.

2) The second method is by canceling your current subscription and then signing up for a new one. If you use this method, we suggest using the same email that you have been getting your scripts and box previews on. In this way you ensure that you will not get repeated toys. We advise using this method when you are replacing your box from your current box to a completely new box. For example, changing from a Solo Female Box to a Straight Couple Box.
How do I cancel or skip my subscription?
Canceling is easy! You can send us an email at Cupidsecrethelpdesk@gmail.com or let us know with the chat button below. If you would like to skip a month you can also let us know using the same methods.
