Please note. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must let us know at most 14 days after purchase. 

 

RETURNS FOR SUBSCRIPTION BOXES:

At Cupid's Secrets we treat our customers like family. We want you to be as happy with your subscription box as possible. That's why our Happiness Guarantee covers one free item replacement per box for all subscribers (one time purchase not included) for up to 14 days. If you'd like to exchange one item, please reach out to us via email at CupidSecrethelpdesk@gmail.com or use the chat feature at the bottom left of your screen. please note in order to qualify for the one item exchange the following must be confirmed prior to shipping. 
1. Item must not be used, including out of original packaging. (We can't take back used items by law due to sanitary purposes.)
2. You can only exchange the item for something of similar value to the item you want to exchange. The value of the item is based on the chart you will get with your subscription. 
3. items that are determined to be damaged during transport or upon arrival will be replaced with the exact item or similar item if current item is out of stock.

Our return policy is applicable exclusively to unopened and unused items, ensuring that every customer receives a brand-new, untampered product. This commitment to quality and safety is paramount, as opened items cannot be resold. If you encounter a defective product, please contact our customer service team promptly, and we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund. To initiate a return for an unopened item, please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and relevant details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund is processing. We will also notify you of the approval. Once we receive your items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

If you need to exchange any item due to a defect, please let us know and we will be more than happy to do so. 

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.

SHIPPING:

To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
